The size of the material frame is 400mm × 250mm × 300mm, which requires intelligent planning robots to grab the path.
Characteristic

Guide the robot to put the wire beam into the specified location and process them with a intelligent deep learning algorithm to train the 2D image of the workpiece, and intelligently divide the single workpiece;

Intelligent planning capture strategies, chopstick fixture+3D visual assistance to adjust the attitude of the workpiece, significantly increased the clearing rate to 97.5%.

At present, the accuracy, wire beam recognition rate, clearing rate, and beats all meet and exceed customer needs.
