Project Description
- The service object of this project is a photovoltaic plant, which requires the line beam -shaped seriously and difficult to identify workpieces;
- The flow line has a large amount of access, the customer's requirements are high, and the beat needs to be within 5S;
- The accuracy requires ± 3mm, and the overall grabbing is within 10s, and the clearing rate requires more than 95%;
- The size of the material frame is 400mm × 250mm × 300mm, which requires intelligent planning robots to grab the path.

Characteristic
- Guide the robot to put the wire beam into the specified location and process them with a intelligent deep learning algorithm to train the 2D image of the workpiece, and intelligently divide the single workpiece;
- Intelligent planning capture strategies, chopstick fixture+3D visual assistance to adjust the attitude of the workpiece, significantly increased the clearing rate to 97.5%.
- At present, the accuracy, wire beam recognition rate, clearing rate, and beats all meet and exceed customer needs.
