- The inner size of the door is large, the surface reflects, soft and easy to shape, and small -selling pores. The original scene is artificially grasping the material, low efficiency, and difficult to match the production needs of the enterprise;
- The product size is 700mm × 500mm × 100mm, the accuracy requires ± 3mm, and the visual festival is within 3S.

Characteristic
- Used with high -precision structural optical industry 3D camera, which can generate high -quality point cloud data on the surface reflection of precision processing on the surface reflection and the pores;
- The camera is installed on the robotic arm, which can guide the robotic arm to the corresponding position for workpieces of different specifications, so that the camera can collect image information at a suitable working distance;
- Self -developed intelligent collision detection and trajectory planning algorithm, automatically select the appropriate robot movement path and entry angle, effectively avoid collision and interior deformation caused by the interference of the material rack.
